Tasks: ​observations, interviews, qualitative analysis and creating design features for MOOCs.

Result: This research added new insightful knowledge for creating collaborative learning environments for academics. 

Tasks: Information architecture research; domain model, empathy map and sitemap. Wireframing and front-end website implementation.

Result: This website redesign has allowed Gradprentice to communicate with their various stakeholders in a more effective and efficient style.  

Tasks: observations, qualitative analysis, persona creation, user journeys and competitor review.

Result: The research I did allowed Autsera to go on to the design phase of their product and to gain more funding for future activities.
